Online Yoga

Short on time? Don’t feel like driving out to a yoga studio only to be crammed in a class? Practice yoga online!

With online yoga you get a personalized routine just like you would get if we were in the same room. Tell me your needs and your goals and we’ll work together. The only difference is that you’re practicing from the comfort of your own home. Don’t drive to a yoga instructor-bring me to your home! (Or at least your computer )

Online Yoga Instruction

You’ll find plenty of standard online yoga classes, but not many online yoga instruction opportunities. What’s the difference? We are working one-on-one. This is your yoga workout and you’ll get the results you’re looking for. You’re not an outside observer of a pre-recorded online class. It’s a live class with a real instructor focusing on you.

Visiting a yoga studio is great, but you may not get the attention from the instructor you need. Also, some beginners may feel a bit overwhelmed in a class full of advanced students and may find themselves getting discouraged. With an online yoga workout there’s no pressure. It’s just you in your space with no distractions. In fact, you can throw on your own yoga soundtrack, candles, or incense.

Online Yoga Routine

What are your yoga goals? We can do a faster vinyasa session or a slower session focusing on deeper stretching. It’s your call. With a vinyasa routine you can expect to build muscle, burn more calories, feel invigorated and renewed after!

A deep stretching slower online yoga routine will get deep into the connective tissues and muscles. It’ll help to release toxins and stiff energy.

Skype Yoga

How do we do this? The easiest way is to connect through Skype or Google Video. Once you’re set up our session begins! Skype yoga is the new yoga!
